Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Decision Limbo mobile application (the "App"), operated by Marshland Software LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App

Decision Limbo is a decision-making and entertainment app (coin flip, dice, spinner, and similar tools) provided for casual, personal use. Results are generated for entertainment purposes and are not intended as advice for financial, medical, legal, or other consequential decisions.

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by applicable law.

Limbo+ Subscription

The App offers an optional paid subscription ("Limbo+") that unlocks additional features. Where offered through Google Play or the Apple App Store, subscriptions are billed, renewed, and managed by that platform:

• Subscriptions automatically renew for the same term unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
• Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple according to their respective refund policies; we do not process payments or refunds directly.

Advertising

Free use of the App is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. By using the App, you agree to the display of ads as part of the free experience. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising data.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App in any way that is unlawful, that attempts to disrupt or interfere with the App's operation, or that attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, and content, is owned by Marshland Software LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you beyond the limited license above.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results (coin flips, dice rolls, spins, etc.) will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marshland Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date below.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of the developer's residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable app store terms or local consumer protection law require otherwise.
